Accomplishments include: Two 3rd place finishes at State; 4 Conference Championships; 3 Regional Championships, 2 Sectional Championships; 2 Super-Sectional Championships; Voted Metro East Coach of the year twice.

Prior to MHS; From 2001 – 2010, Coached 10 years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). During that time, NCAA II win-loss record from 2001 – 2017 of 176 – 56 (.759). School converted to NCAA I status in 2008. 3 years of Division I coaching experience with career record from 2008 – 2010 of 29-56, which included a 15-16 record in 2010 and the 6th biggest win-loss turnaround in the NCAA that year.
From 1996 – 2001, coached for 5 years at Southwest Illinois College, compiling a career win-loss record of 204 – 50 (.805).
I have also coached USAV Junior Olympic volleyball for over 10 years in the St. Louis area and have taken numerous teams to Nationals.
International experience includes a stint in 2010 where I was sponsored by the FIVB and the Grenadian Olympic Committee to coach the men’s and women’s National teams for a period of 6 weeks.
